Refund & Return Policy

At Lovyanocosh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new kitchen tools, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at service@lovyanocosh.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., the wrong slicer model), contact us immediately.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.

  • For damaged items, please attach a clear photo of the product and the packaging in your email.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards.

  • Personalized/Customized Items: Such as cutting boards with custom laser engravings.

  • Used Kitchenware: For hygiene and food safety reasons, items that have been used for cooking cannot be returned unless they are defective.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), Lovyanocosh will cover the shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
