🚚 Shipping & Orders
Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.
Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: Yes! We ship our premium kitchenware to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order? A: We aim to process orders as fast as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us at service@lovyanocosh.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.

Q: Are your products food-safe and BPA-free? A: Absolutely. At Lovyanocosh, your health is our priority. All our products—from our 12-in-1 vegetable slicers to our silicone and plastic storage bins—are made from 100% food-grade, BPA-free materials.
Q: How do I maintain my walnut wood and bamboo products? A: To keep your walnut handles and bamboo cutting boards looking beautiful, we recommend hand washing only and drying them immediately. Occasionally applying a food-safe mineral oil will help prevent the wood from drying out and maintain its natural luster.
Q: Are the stainless steel items rust-proof? A: Yes, we use high-quality 304 Stainless Steel for our BBQ tongs and peelers, which is highly resistant to rust and corrosion. However, we recommend drying them after washing to maintain their polished finish.
Q: Are your kitchen gadgets dishwasher safe? A: Many of our stainless steel and plastic components are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to extend the life of your tools (especially those with wooden handles or precision blades), we always recommend gentle hand washing.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to love your kitchen tools! If you aren't satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please reach out to our support team to start a return.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged? A: We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at service@lovyanocosh.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
